Product arrived fast great condition. The workbook is so helpful with someone who need to understand and work the steps. I struggled with addiction for 20 years this is the first time I am tryin NA and anyone new to it should get this book to help them understand and help provoke them to thought about the disease. I had to get a sponsor to help walk me through because you will have question and need understanding and encouragement. But God is on your side have faith and you will be able to heal and be free….

Lots of work. Worth it. Even if you aren’t addicted to drugs, this is a great book to do self-improvement on. But don’t use it alone. Do with with someone who has also answered the questions already (if in the program–your sponsor). If you aren’t in the program, talk this over with a counselor or spiritual guide who has done similar work or is familiar with this.

For those in recovery the questions therein form a laudable program to throw off the yoke of addiction. More importantly for sponsors those same question form an excellent program to enable sponsors to lead a viable and concise recovery program. As a sponsor I use this reference and the questions therein as the solid core of my SAA recovery program. I think there is non better.

The book was a bit bent but otherwise it seems to be a good resource for working with newcomers. The text delves deeply into the steps, and asks many questions to get people thinking about the essence and importance of each step. It is helping me a lot because I’m not a licensed counselor just one friend trying to help another in the most effective way possible.

This is the nuts and bolts of working the steps. I really enjoy the workbook. Larger font size doesn’t make me need my glasses to read it LOL. These are thought-provoking questions for ANYONE—-not just for addicts in recovery.

This book is a must for anyone working the steps. My fellowship is AA, but my sponsor is NA and she work from this book. As alcohol is also a drug, the questions in the book are for all and I have found working the steps much more effective second time round using this book. I was very happy as I found it difficult to locate a book in the UK, but this came perfectly packaged and in fantastic condition.

I love that NA now has a workbook, I use it a lot with my sponsees, they’re younger and in inpatient facilities. But they do extremely well with this workbook.
