Don’t buy it as your main textbook for optha.

1) binding is very poor. Glue is lost, and outer cover and the book is seperated on the first week. Paper & priting qualitu is good though (oil papers and original printing)
2) Content: doesn’t recommend for UGs. Not much side headings. Even important topics like Glaucoma, Retinopathies are incompletly explained. Images are good but have no labelling which make it hard to understand sometimes.

The book seems to be in good condition but the edges of the cover has some ( little bit ) tear , i guess it was from the shipping. Anyway great job because the price was lowest comparing to any other site 🙂🤗

Wish I would’ve purchased instead of rented. Great resource

I rented this book and wish I would’ve purchased it for my program and as a resource for my clinical rotation in an FNP program. It is a great resource that has a great information flow that is short and to the point. Save your money on renting and purchase this!

Book is missing 32 pages!

I purchased this book in February, 2020 for a course I was supposed to be taking last summer. The course got postponed until now due to Covid and the book has been in its plastic wrap since I received it. I opened the textbook for the first time a few days ago, only to find that it is missing an entire section! Pages 383 to 414 are missing. There is no gap in the binding, indicating that those pages were never included in the first place. (See image above.) I have contacted the publisher, Elsevier, who will do nothing to replace the book as it wasn’t purchased directly from their website. Buyer beware!

Update: I sent the above picture to , and they will be refunding me fully once they receive the book.
I have used previous versions of this book in past, and have found it incredibly useful for my practice. But this version has been a huge disappointment.

This book exceeded my expectations, every possible presentation that frequently pops up is all in here, plus so many other ones. It even lists which differentials are more common and which ones are rarer. Honestly, worth the money, feel like it will make studying way easier.
