I bought this for my husband because he is doing his Ortho FNP clinical at a trauma level 1 hospital and he said it is helping him. We recommend it.

 Poor quality X-ray images

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 10, 2019

I feel like the pages in the book are photocopied in the way they feel. Also the X-ray images are very fuzzy and difficult to see and I’ve noticed a few of the page numbers in the book are in the wrong order. I’m disappointed with the quality of the book.

 Chapters are well organized

July 19, 2019

Text arrived early & in excellent condition. Just a little wear on the cover.

I am trying to choose a text for an online course I am teaching. I like the charts and pathology pics. The book is organized by organ systems, which is great…but I don’t care for the systems Order presentation, to me it doesn’t flow. I do like the actual chapter presentation (DEPPiCT APPROACH). I don’t really enjoy his writing style (excess verbage). I don’t feel it’s an undergraduate text.

 Satisfied but slightly disappointed

December 19, 2020

The book arrived on time for my class to start, which was great. However, as I am going through the book according to my course materials for the day, I realized I was missing a whole page that was very noticeably ripped out of the book. I’m not really sure what to do, but I was not expecting that, and the page is necessary. 🙁
